Girl Meets Boy.

Shirt, Zara / Ear Cuff, Topshop

Yesterday was a good day, I only went and got myself a job :) I've been chilling for most of summer so it's actually nice to get back into work again and maybe it will take my mind off the fact I shall not be returning to uni this year *sob*. Well, we all have to grow up and enter the real world sometime! Almost as if I knew I was going to get the job (or maybe just because I'm a shopaholic) I bought this super cute shirt from Zara. The pastel shade of mint green stood out to me and I love the delicacy of this girly lace combined with tailored boyish shapes and structure. xo

In A Week...

Hey all, hope you've had a good week, here's a quick post about what I've been up to…  As always I did a little shopping and found some absolute bargains in the end of the sales. My cousin has been up visiting too so we made the most of a rare day of sunshine and took a trip with the dogs to the beach. The photos of me and my converse looking a little bit sodden were taken today at the rainy North Wales country fair in a very muddy field! I've also been doing a little DIY this week so I promise to post about that soon :) xo

Bargain Hunter

As much as I love a designer purchase, my bank balance unfortunately does not fulfil these needs. It's no secret that I am a bargain hunter! I've had enough experience to know what to buy and what not to buy when it comes to sales and far too often I have fallen victim to the "but it's only a tenner!" to find that a year later it is still stuck in the back of my wardrobe with the labels on… Now I don't have rules when it comes to sale shopping but if you're a bit short on cash I always find it satisfying to buy staple pieces, things you can wear year after year that won't go out of fashion. I bought this white crochet lace dress in the Zara summer sale for just £22.99, a little more sophisticated than I'd normally choose but decided it would be perfect for my mum's birthday celebrations. Plus I absolutely loved the 'V' style back and the zipper gives it a bit more edge. I styled it with simple jewellery and my new Carvela shoes, which were a lovely treat from my mum for my graduation day earlier in July. The thought of wearing this dress on a night out fills me with the horror of spilt drinks and white lace but it's so pretty I don't think I'll be able to stop myself! It will also be perfect for my holiday at the end of this month. xo

The Beginning....

Hey there lovelies!

I have been reading blogs for a while now and forever saying that I will start my own! So after finishing my studies at University and finally investing in a new laptop that actually works I decided it was time to put the plan into action and here I am :)

I'm a recent Fashion graduate and big dreamer, with aspirations of breaking into the design world someday soon. I promise to fill my posts with all that I love so keep reading and I hope you enjoy!
